Lisa Traxler is a life & mindfulness coach in the Chippewa Valley. 

As an active, single mom with many personal life changes which have helped to shape her into who she is today, she is passionate about using her experiences to coach others through their own challenges. 

Lisa's focus is to show you, your corporation, organization, community and family members how to live your best lives from the inside out through mindful practices, health and wellness habits, and finding your next right step along the journey.  As we walk through life change and other life stresses it can be not only uncomfortable, but painful. This pressure changes us, but we come out the other side a changed and more beautiful person, just as a caterpillar transforms in its cocoon to a beautiful new creation.
